TaskFlow: To-Do & Planner for Android
Last updated: 21 October 2026
The short version
Your tasks, notes, habits, focus sessions and statistics stay on your device. Nothing you create in the app is sent to us or to anyone else, and TaskFlow has no analytics or crash-reporting service of its own.
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure them, Google collects your device's advertising ID and related device and usage data, as described under "Advertising" below. TaskFlow Premium removes all ads.
There is no account and no sign-up. TaskFlow never asks for your name, e-mail address or phone number, and we run no server that holds your content.
What the app handles
- What you type. Tasks, subtasks, notes, habits, calendar entries, focus sessions and settings are stored in TaskFlow's private storage on your device. There is no cloud sync and no server of ours, so we cannot see them.
- Statistics. The Stats, Weekly Review and Analytics Dashboard screens are worked out on your device from your own data and are never uploaded.
- Reminders. Reminders are scheduled on your device through Android's notification system. Android asks before TaskFlow may show notifications, and you can turn them off at any time in TaskFlow's Settings or in Android's settings.
- Whether Premium is active. Google Play tells the app which TaskFlow Premium product your Google account owns, so Premium can unlock on your device. That answer stays on your device.
- Ad counters. To limit how often a full-screen ad can appear, TaskFlow keeps on your device the date and time of the last one and how many were shown that day.
What we do not collect
We (AS AESTHETICS LTD) do not ask for, receive or store any of the following. Google's collection for ads is described under "Advertising".
- your name, e-mail address or phone number
- contacts, location, photos, videos or other files on your device
- your advertising ID or any advertising data
- browsing history
- payment card or bank details
- crash reports or usage analytics
Advertising
The free version of TaskFlow shows ads served by Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the Tasks and Calendar screens and, at most once per app session, four times a day and three minutes apart, a full-screen ad after you tick off tasks in your list. There are no ads in editors, Settings, the Premium screen or this policy. Buying or restoring TaskFlow Premium removes all ads.
- What Google collects: your device's advertising ID, IP address (from which Google derives an approximate location), device and app information, and ad interactions (views and taps), to show and measure ads, limit how often you see them, and prevent fraud and abuse. None of your tasks, notes or other content is shared.
- Non-personalised ads only: because TaskFlow is used by people aged 13 and over, every ad request asks Google for non-personalised ads (no ads based on your interests), and ad content is limited to Google's "PG" rating.
- Consent (UK, EEA and Switzerland): before any ad is requested, Google's consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) asks for your choice. You can change it at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. If you do not consent, TaskFlow works the same and Google may show limited ads that do not use your advertising ID or cookies for personalisation.
- Your controls: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's settings (for example Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on the device).
Google acts as an independent controller for this data. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites) and Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Payments
TaskFlow Premium is sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy, and we never receive your payment details. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
Backups and sharing you start
- Android backup. If backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include TaskFlow's data in your device backup, which Google keeps for you. You control this in Android's settings; we cannot read it.
- Export. Settings → Export Tasks creates a backup file (JSON) and hands it to Android's share sheet. The file goes only where you choose to send it.
- Reviews. Rate TaskFlow and the occasional review prompt use Google Play's own review screen.
Third-party services
Two, both from Google. Google AdMob shows the ads in the free version (see "Advertising"). Google Play handles purchases, reviews and app updates: its billing library inside the app contacts Google to show prices and complete purchases, and may send Google technical diagnostics about those billing requests (for example, whether a request succeeded). Google handles both under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). TaskFlow adds no analytics or crash-reporting service.
Your choices and rights
- Uninstalling TaskFlow deletes everything it stored on your device.
- You can delete individual tasks, notes and habits at any time, and Settings → Clear Completed Tasks or Clear All Data removes tasks in one step.
- Ads: change your consent in Settings → Ad privacy choices (UK, EEA and Switzerland), reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's settings, or remove all ads with TaskFlow Premium.
- You can ask us anything about privacy, including a request to access or delete data. Because we hold no personal data about you on any server, in most cases the honest answer is that there is nothing on our side to retrieve or erase, and we will tell you so plainly. Data collected by Google for ads is held by Google: see Google's privacy policy for your rights there.
Children
TaskFlow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads are non-personalised and limited to family-safe ("PG") content.
Changes to this policy
If TaskFlow changes in a way that affects this policy, for example a new feature or ad partner that sends something online, we update this policy and its "Last updated" date. The current version is the one in the app and linked from TaskFlow's Google Play page.
Who we are and how to reach us
