How to ask AS AESTHETICS to delete your app account and data.

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from apps published on Google Play by AS AESTHETICS.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:

  • The name of the app
  • The email address linked to your app account, or any user ID shown in the app
  • A brief description of what you would like deleted

What happens next

  1. We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 working days.
  2. We will delete your data within 30 days of confirming your request.

What is deleted

All personal data associated with your account or user ID in the app, including any profile information, preferences and usage data stored on our systems.

What may be kept and for how long

  • Purchase records: if you made in-app purchases, we may keep transaction records for as long as UK tax law requires (currently 6 years). These records contain only the transaction ID, item purchased and date.
  • Anonymous crash reports: if the app sent anonymous crash reports, these contain no personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to you. They are not deleted.

Data held by Google Play

Your Google Play purchase history and any data held by Google are managed through your Google account. We cannot delete data held by Google on your behalf. You can manage your Google account data at https://myaccount.google.com.
