What to include in your message

To help us look into your issue quickly, please include the following details:

• The name of the app (as it appears on Google Play)
• Your device make and model (for example, Samsung Galaxy S24)
• Your Android version (you can find this under Settings, About phone)
• A clear description of what happened, including the steps that led to the problem and any error messages you saw

Screenshots are helpful if you can attach them.

Response time

We usually respond within 5 working days. If your issue needs more time to investigate, we will let you know.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google Play's own refund process. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves. You can request a refund from Google Play here: Google Play refund page.
